Due to the nature of fresh floral products, availability can occasionally vary based on seasonal factors, local supply, and unforeseen circumstances. To ensure your experience is always seamless and beautiful, we have established the following Substitution & Availability Policy:

1. Freshness and Quality First

  • We guarantee that every arrangement we deliver will meet our high standards for quality and design.

  • If a specific flower, plant, or container is unavailable, substitutions will be made with products of equal or greater value, maintaining the original style and color scheme as closely as possible.

2. Flower Substitutions

  • Seasonal Variations: Certain blooms are only available during specific times of the year. When a substitution is necessary, we will choose flowers that best capture the intended look, feel, and spirit of the original arrangement.

  • Design Integrity: We will preserve the design aesthetic, size, and overall color palette, ensuring the arrangement reflects the sentiment you selected.

3. Specialty and Custom Orders

  • For highly customized designs or requests for specific flower varieties (e.g., peonies, orchids), we recommend placing orders at least 7 days in advance for Luxe Arrangements and 30 days for weddings and events.

  • In case a specialty item becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to offer alternative options or a full refund.

4. Plant Substitutions

  • For dish gardens, green plants, or flowering plants, similar varieties of equal or greater value may be substituted if necessary.

5. Containers, Baskets, and Accessories

  • In rare cases where the original container (vase, basket, etc.) is unavailable, a similar style and value replacement will be used.

6. Communication and Customer Satisfaction

  • If major changes are required that significantly alter the original arrangement, we will make every effort to contact you for approval prior to delivery.

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not pleased with a substitution, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly address any concerns.

Non-Refundable Policy

At Purple Dahlia Floral, we are committed to providing high-quality floral products and exceptional service. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and custom floral designs, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review our policy below:

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • This includes custom arrangements, event floral designs, and pre-ordered products.

2. Perishable Products

  • Flowers are natural, perishable products and may vary in size, color, or variety depending on seasonal availability.

  • Minor variations do not qualify for refunds.

3. Order Accuracy & Satisfaction

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, but cash refunds are not provided.

4. No Refunds for Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order will be considered fulfilled.

  • We will attempt to contact the sender and/or recipient, but refunds will not be issued in such cases.

5. Events & Weddings

  • All deposits and payments for event floral work are non-refundable.

  • We begin sourcing and reserving products in advance, and design labor is scheduled ahead of time.
