Rental Policy

Rental Policy – Purple Dahlia Floral

Welcome to Purple Dahlia Floral! We’re excited to provide premium silk and faux floral arrangements, and more, for your special event. Please review our rental policy to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

1. Rental Period

  • Standard rental period is 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Extended rentals may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and items.

  • Full payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Orders placed less than 14 days before the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup are available within our service area and are subject to a delivery fee based on distance and order size.

  • Self-pickup and return are available on some items by appointment only. Late returns are subject to a $25/day late fee per item.

  • All our floral arches can only be delivered, set up, and picked up by our team.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

  • Changes to the order must be requested at least 14 days prior to the event and are subject to availability and fees.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Renter is responsible for all items during the entire rental period.

  • Any missing, broken, or damaged items will be charged at full replacement value.

  • Please do not attempt to clean or alter any floral arrangements and/or other rental items.

6. Usage Restrictions

  • Items are for decorative use only and should not be submerged in water or exposed to flame.

  • Outdoor use is permitted, but renter is responsible for ensuring protection from weather or theft.

7. Agreement

By booking a rental with Purple Dahlia Floral, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy. A signed rental agreement will be required to finalize all bookings.
